333 Half Evil Tattoo is a fun and easy-going tattoo shop in Saskatoon offering custom art work. We love our jobs and think it shows! When you visit us all we ask is to bring a sense of humour, relax and have fun. We have a fun and friendly atmosphere and invite anyone interested in learning more about any aspects of our business to pop in for a visit and a tour. Walk-ins are always welcome, though having an appointment booked in advance will assure you time on the day of your choosing.
We have a selection of books and magazines to look through, but encourage clients to bring in their own reference material for custom artwork. If you have something in mind for your artwork, but have yet to find exactly what you want it is a good idea to bring in some reference of things you do and do not like so that we are better able to clearly understand what you are looking for. Bringing reference materials is never necessary though! We are more than willing to sit down and discuss your vision with you. Creating a unique piece for you is a collaborative creative process that we stick with until both you and the artist are satisfied that your artwork matches your vision and results in a well designed tattoo. We do not charge extra for custom drawing, but do require you to have an appointment booked to begin the drawing process.
333 Half Evil Tattoo is a professional health board approved tattoo studio. We use new needles and ink for every client and use bags and barriers on our tools to prevent any cross contamination from occurring. Both of our autoclaves are spore tested monthly through the Infection Control Quality Assurance Program offered by the College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan. We follow the Health Canada publication: "Infection Prevention and Control for Personal Services: Tattooing, Ear/Body Piercing, and Electrolysis" and encourage people to read it.
Tattoos can be painful. Some areas of the body are more painful than others and it is a different experience for everyone. We recommend a good nights sleep and a big meal previous to your appointment. Do not drink alcohol previous to an appointment. We do not use freezing gel in our shop. The pain is part of the process - the artwork is just a souvenir.
The legal age to be tattooed is 18 years and it is our policy not to tattoo individuals under this age regardless of a parent signature. A tattoo is a permanent addition to your body and you must consider your plans for the future, such as career and family, when deciding on location and artwork.
